When someone submits a Meta Ads lead form, the webhook fires instantly into an n8n workflow. The system picks up the raw form data and begins processing it without any manual step.
The pipeline pulls and structures every available field from the submission including name, email, phone, country and address. It then uses Apify to scrape the lead's LinkedIn profile and extract professional context like job title, company and industry. All of this gets combined into a clean structured record.
An AI layer reviews the enriched data, validates intent, scores the lead and generates a short personalized insight summary. This helps the sales team prioritize without reading through raw data.
The final record saves automatically to Google Sheets with all enriched fields in one row. At the same time, a WhatsApp message goes out to the lead using an approved Meta business template confirming their submission.
