Tekmon was collecting leads from multiple sources but managing everything manually. Someone had to notify the team, log the lead, assign it, tag it, follow up and sync it across tools. It was slow, error-prone and impossible to scale without hiring more people.
Built with Lovable on React and Supabase. The dashboard gives a full overview of leads coming in daily and weekly, with status tracking, source tagging and multi-view management. Every lead is visible in one place with export options for reporting.
The moment a lead arrives, three things happen at once. A Slack notification alerts the team, a WhatsApp message goes out via Meta Graph API and an email fires through the connected template system. No one has to check anything manually.
WhatsApp Business Cloud API does not come with a UI. I built a full conversation interface inside the dashboard. The client can view message threads, send Meta-approved template messages directly to leads, handle follow-ups and manage the entire WhatsApp business number from one screen.
Each lead has a full profile. Team members can assign a lead owner, update the status from new to contacted, qualified or converted, add notes and track the full activity timeline. It works like a proper CRM pipeline without needing a separate CRM tool.
Leads get verified and synced to HubSpot for CRM tracking and MailerLite for email campaigns. PDF attachments can be uploaded and stored directly to Google Drive. Email templates are customizable per form type and country, and everything routes through n8n automation in the background.
