3CX PBX was connected to HubSpot through a custom n8n integration. Every inbound and outbound call gets logged as an activity on the contact record. Call outcomes, durations and agent assignments sync automatically. Sales managers can see the full communication history without leaving HubSpot.
LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms feed directly into HubSpot contacts. LinkedIn outreach activity is tracked and linked to contact records through n8n middleware. Prospects moving from LinkedIn campaigns land in the right pipeline stage automatically with source attribution intact.
MailerLite is synced bidirectionally with HubSpot. Contacts flow from HubSpot into the right MailerLite groups based on tags and lifecycle stage. Campaign engagement data like opens and clicks feeds back into HubSpot to trigger follow-up workflows. Full drip sequences run without manual sends.
Sales and marketing teams get real-time Slack alerts for high priority events. New qualified lead, deal stage change, booked meeting, unresponsive contact flagged, all delivered as formatted messages to the right channel with direct links to the HubSpot record.
Anything HubSpot cannot handle natively runs through n8n. Custom webhook triggers, data transformation between platforms, Google Sheets sync for reporting, WhatsApp notifications via Meta Graph API for lead follow-ups and scheduled batch operations that HubSpot workflows cannot execute. n8n acts as the glue layer connecting the entire ecosystem.
Custom HubSpot dashboards track pipeline health, lead source performance, conversion rates and campaign ROI. External reports pull into Google Sheets for leadership review. Every metric the marketing and sales team needs is visible without digging through raw data.
