How It Starts

Internet Research
Apify actors scan across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, company websites and other public sources. Every relevant piece of data gets collected and structured into Markdown format for clean processing downstream.
YouTube Channel Intelligence
If the person has a YouTube channel, the system scrapes every video and pulls the full captions. Those transcripts get chunked and transformed into vector embeddings stored in Supabase. This gives the system deep semantic understanding of how the person thinks, speaks and what topics they cover.
Persona Agent Creation
Using the vector database as memory, the system builds a company-specific AI agent for that person. The agent can be deployed to a website chatbot, Telegram bot or webhook endpoint. It answers questions in a way that reflects the actual knowledge and context of the person or brand it represents.
ICP Scoring and Output
The system scores the researched profile against your ICP criteria and generates a structured report. Outputs are saved as PDF or DOC files, synced to Google Drive and pushed to Notion and GoHighLevel for CRM tracking. Everything lands where your team already works.
