Scheduled Scraping
A scheduled n8n trigger fires once every 24 hours. It runs Apify actors across targeted Reddit subreddits and Quora topics, pulling posts that match defined keywords and intent signals. No manual searching, no browser tabs ope
AI Scoring and ICP Matching
Every scraped post goes through an AI agent that reads the content, scores the lead's intent and checks fit against the defined ICP. Low quality or irrelevant posts get filtered out. Only qualified leads move forward.
Enrichment and Storage
Qualified leads get enriched with LinkedIn profile data via Apify, pulling job title, company, industry and contact details where available. The final structured record saves to Google Sheets with all fields in one clean row.
Sales Team Alert
Once the batch is processed, a formatted Slack notification goes out to the sales team with a summary of new high-score leads found that day. They wake up to a ready-to-work list every morning.
